Data Auditing

Did you, or your previous filing service, miss a claim? Find out, and file!

CCC's Securities Claim Auditing gives investors peace of mind. Offered as a standalone service, Securities Claim Auditing will find every last settlement that affects your portfolio. We'll review each account for identifiers and trades that qualify for upcoming settlement funds. We will also review settlements that are past the claim filing deadline to see if you or your custodian missed anything.

And here's the best part: if we find a hit (or many) for claims past the claim filing deadline, we will happily file those claims right away. We will petition the claims administrator, the court, and class counsel when necessary.

You might be pleasantly surprised by what we find. In many cases we found missed claims in our clients' data that earned them substantial recoveries-- for which they did not even know they were eligible. In several notable instances, we managed to recover a full settlement from the secondary distributions!
