Chicago Clearing Specializes in Securities Litigations—and Client Service

When you call CCC, a person will answer the phone. Imagine that!

One of the things our clients appreciate most about Chicago Clearing is something simple: when you call us, a human being will answer the phone. We have refused to use auto-prompt or a voice recorded messages for incoming phone calls for as long as we have been in business.  When the phone rings during a workday, you’ll get Mandy, Matt, Bill, Dennis (that’s me), Brian or some other expert on the other end ready to help.

While CCC has a wide variety of technical specialties, for many of our clients it is our human touch that is most important. Client requests always receive a swift, thorough, and courteous response. Even in the current stressful environment, we answer our phone cheerfully and promptly. While that level of personable service fades from too many industries, it will always be of utmost importance at CCC.

CCC’s client service team is led by Matt Liszka. Matt is now his tenth year at CCC as Manager of the Client Services Department and has been in finance since 1985. CCC clients know and trust Matt because of his industry experience, complete understanding of CCC operations, responsiveness to our clients, and good nature. His knowledge of what our clients need and his intimate understanding of what might make their work easier have played a central role in the development of our technologies, like the CCC Online Reporting System.

Matt works closely with our office Manager Mandy Marino. Mandy has been with CCC since 2015. Her enthusiasm and dedication are a boon to our clients. Among Mandy’s many customer service and support routines, she assists clients with data uploads,  settlement allocations and check processing, and helps new and existing clients manage their client website access.

Mandy and Matt and everyone else at CCC know that our clients are busy. No one appreciates it when their workflow is interrupted by lax, lazy and inattentive customer service delivered with indolence. We know that you want an answer while the issue is directly in front of you, not at some unknown future time.

The human touch that we pride ourselves on does not stop at a quick, polite response. We also listen closely to what our clients say. After all, our clients are also highly-specialized, intelligent, and savvy people, so naturally we use their feedback to constantly improve our technology and our services. We do not simply offer a service and then deliver the same thing week after week, year after year once the contract is signed. Rather, the conversations that occur between our clients and Matt, Mandy, Brian, Bill, me, and the rest of the client service team are shared at our weekly operations and sales meetings, brought to the attention of our IT directors, and reviewed whenever we make service enhancements and improvements.

If you are tired of slow responses from vendors, of voicemail messages that go who-knows-where, and of one-size-fits-all services that do not fit you, then give us a call today 312-204-6970. Odds are good that Mandy will grab the phone on the first ring.
